Disco Fever

The school hall was jumping to the sound of Charlie Farley last night as the Summer School Discos got underway. The children had the chance to get up and tell some jokes, show off their dance moves, and play some fun games, as well as dancing and singing with their friends. Even the teachers got in on the action - leading a couple of the longest congas ever seen, and showing everyone how to do the Macarena!
Hamburger, cheeseburger...

lettuce and tomato!

Everyone drank a LOT of water!

Many thanks to Charlie Farley of course, but also to all the parent volunteers who came along to help set things up, pour endless cups of water, clear away and do the many other things. Thank you also to Mr Hall and Mr Oram, the office staff for collecting the ticket money and to Miss Coton and all the teachers who came along to join in (and who helped make sure things ran smoothly).
