PSA News

Diary of Events
We thought we'd share with you the PSA's plans for the 2014-15 school year.  Click here for an up-to-date list of the events we have planned...

What's new in the school?
Have you noticed the latest building in the school?  Maybe not large enough for a class of 30, but looks like it will be very comfortable for its intended residents!
It is of course the chicken house.  We look forward to seeing it completed and occupied and watching it's inhabitants grow.  The PSA were all really excited to be able to fund such interesting and educational venture.

The AGM will be held on Friday 7th November, at 9.00am in the studio. At the AGM we will present you with the financial results for last year and an overview of those activities.  In addition to this we will say goodbye to some out-going committee members and elect new committee members.
We need to ensure that we have a quorum for the meeting, so we'd really appreciate it if you can set a little time aside on this date to attend the meeting.  This is also a great opportunity to see what has been achieved for the benefit of the school and your children for the previous year.

Can we mention Christmas...?
I know that we are only just back after the summer holidays, but we just wanted to put the Christmas Fair into your minds - it will be at the end of November.

If anyone is making any preserves or pickles, then could we please put in a plea for you to put a jar or two aside for the Craft Stall? The food items are always enormously popular and sell well.

As for Christmas decorations and gifts, it is always lovely to have lots of variety as well as old favourites on the stall if you have an idea for something you’d like to make, then do let us know, or if anyone would like to get together from time to time for some crafting, then our lovely craft lady, Jo, would be happy to organise some sessions, so let us know if it’s something you’d be interested in.  You can do so either via the Blog or leave a note with the office.

If you get time, have a look at for some ideas and inspiration.

Many thanks in advance for any help!
